After a conversation with a person on my team, I realized that we have to push the agency business line. Or rather, I have to be the person who pushes the issue.

The main problem we have with the agency issue
There is one thing we have to fix at the agency level and it is this: the conviction that we are offering a great product. We have eight years of overseas data experience in this. We know how to do things but for some reason we think we are not good enough.
New value proposition
To do this, we have to rethink the value proposition. We have to differentiate ourselves in some way from the rest of the agencies. These could be some factors.
Business model: charge a 100% variable fee
Knowledge: how to sell your products internationally? How to sell your product in Germany?
Product development: we will find telegram materials new products that will help you grow your business.
Logistics: we offer you an extra service that others do not have.
Risk: we sell your product in our accounts.
Identity: we have the experience of being sellers.
Technology: use and development of our own tools that provide a competitive advantage over the competition.
Implement Hubspot as a new CRM
One of the bases is to work with the best tools. We will use Hubspot for this. It will be one of the first measures and steps that we will take.
Website
It is essential to do a facelift. The page that ba leads we have today has an outdated look.
We will use LinkedIn as the main channel. To do this I have to give my LinkedIn account a facelift. I will be the person to make contacts automatically with the help of Linkedinhelper. It will be a new experience. We will contact German and Spanish profiles.
A/B Test
We may also launch a second agency brand to test whether “Beguerrilla” is a problematic name and therefore we are facing a barrier that we are not aware of. Here we will possibly set up a parallel recruitment process.
